brine your thanksgiving turkey in this made with apple juice, rosemary, garlic, candied ginger, and allspice berries.

1. 2 gallons cold water
2. 3 cups apple juice
3. 1 cup brown sugar
4. 1 cup kosher salt
5. 1 orange, peeled
6. 1/4 cup chopped fresh rosemary
7. 2 tablespoons whole black peppercorns
8. 1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
9. 1 1/2 teaspoons whole allspice berries
10. 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped crystallized ginger
11. 5 bay leaves
Prep:15 Minutes, Cook:15 Minutes, Ready In:1 Hours
Directions :
1. combine water, apple juice, brown sugar, kosher salt, orange peel, rosemary, peppercorns, garlic, allspice, ginger, and bay leaves in a inventory pot; carry to a mild boil. put off from warmth and cool to room temperature.
