Spicy Black Bean Salad Recipe

black beans, corn, salsa, cilantro, and lime juice are combined to make a highly spiced and fresh salad. it’s far ideal for dipping tortilla chips.

1. 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
2. 1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
3. 1 red onion, diced
4. 3/4 cup salsa, or as desired
5. 1/2 cup olive oil
6. 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
7. 3 cloves garlic, minced
8. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
9. 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
10. 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
11. 1 teaspoon salt
12. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Prep:15 Minutes, Ready In:1 Hours 15 Minutes
Directions :
1. mix black beans, corn, pink onion, salsa, olive oil, cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, cumin, salt, and black pepper in a huge bowl. cover and refrigerate at the least 1 hour to 2 days. serve chilled.
