1. 2 large zucchini, halved and quartered
2. 1 1/4 pounds lean ground turkey
3. 1/2 small green bell pepper, finely chopped
4. 1/4 onion, finely chopped
5. 1 egg
6. 1/4 cup bread crumbs
7. 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
8. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
9. 2 cloves garlic, minced
10. 2 teaspoons steak seasoning (such as Montreal Steak Seasoning®)
11. 2 teaspoons ground cumin
12. 1 teaspoon dried thyme
13. 1 cup salsa
14. 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions :
1. preheat oven to 400 degrees f (2 hundred stages c).
