Special Pork Sausage Bolognese with Cheddar Biscuit Recipe

1. 8 ounces Farmland® Pork Sausage
2. 1 medium yellow onion, small dice
3. 1 carrot, small dice
4. 1 stalk celery, small dice
5. 1 clove garlic, sliced
6. 1 pinch red pepper flakes
7. 1/2 cup tomato puree
8. 1 cup milk
9. 2 cups chicken stock
10. 1 sprig fresh rosemary
11. Salt and pepper to taste
12. 2 Cheddar biscuits, baked, sliced in half
13. 2 ounces Parmesan cheese, shaved
14. 1/4 cup arugula
Prep:15 Minutes, Cook:40 Minutes, Ready In:55 Minutes
Directions :
1. in medium saucepan, cook sausage until well browned and crispy.
2. upload onions, carrots, celery and garlic. cook until softened, approximately 5 mins.
3. add red pepper flakes, tomato puree and milk. cook dinner till reduced through 1/2.
4. upload chook stock and rosemary. deliver to boil, lessen to simmer and prepare dinner for 15 mins. season with salt and pepper.
5. to serve, plate biscuit halves and top with sausage bolognese. garnish with shaved parmesan and arugula.
