1. 2 onions, finely chopped
2. 5 cloves garlic, minced
3. 1 (3 1/2) pound beef roast
4. 1 (14.5 ounce) can onion-flavored beef broth
5. 1 1/3 cups rice wine
6. 2/3 cup soy sauce
7. 4 slices fresh ginger
8. 2 tablespoons white sugar
9. ground black pepper to taste
Prep:15 Minutes, Cook:12 Hours, Ready In:12 Hours 15 Minutes
Directions :
1. spread onions and garlic on the bottom of a five-quart gradual cooker. place roast on pinnacle.
2. mix beef broth, rice wine, and soy sauce together in a separate bowl. pour over the roast; upload ginger slices. sprinkle sugar and black pepper over roast.
3. cover and cook on low, flipping 2 to 3 instances, till roast pulls apart easily with a fork, 12 to 18 hours.
