Sesame Cabbage and Mushrooms Recipe

1. 2 1/2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
2. 6 ounces/170 grams shiitake chopped mushroom caps
3. 4 cups thinly sliced napa cabbage
4. 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
5. 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
6. 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
7. 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Prep:15 Minutes, Cook:6 Minutes, Ready In:21 Minutes
Directions :
1. heat a pan over excessive heat. add 2 tablespoons sesame oil; swirl to coat. saute mushrooms till browned, about four mins. upload cabbage; saute for two mins.
2. take away pan from heat. mix in 1 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil, soy sauce, and black pepper until properly mixed. pinnacle with cilantro and sesame seeds.
