Salt and Vinegar Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
1. 2 large sliced potatoes 
2. 1 cup vinegar
3. 1 tablespoon butter
4. salt to taste
Preparation:
Prep:10 Minutes, Cook:20 Minutes, Ready In:30 Minutes
Directions :
1. boil potatoes in vinegar . reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until smooth,for 15 minutes. drain well.
2. heat butter in a large pan over medium heat.cook and stir potatoes in melted butter till crunchy and brown, for 10 mins; season with salt.
