Potsticker (Dumpling) Soup Recipe

1. 1 tablespoon olive oil
2. 1 small head cabbage, sliced
3. 1 small onion, minced
4. 2 carrots, diced
5. 1 cup sliced mushrooms
6. 2 cloves garlic, minced
7. 8 cups chicken broth
8. 20 frozen potstickers with sauce (such as Ling Ling® Potstickers)
9. 1/3 cup dry sherry, or more to taste
10. 1/3 cup diced ham
11. 1 (1/2 inch) piece fresh ginger, grated
12. 1 (1 inch) piece orange peel, or to taste
13. ground black pepper to taste
14. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Directions :
1. heat olive oil in a big pot over medium-excessive warmness. upload cabbage and onion; saute until gently browned and translucent, 6 to 8 mins. upload carrots, mushrooms, and garlic; saute until smooth, about 3 minutes. upload broth, potsticker sauce, sherry, ham, ginger, orange peel, and pepper. growth heat to excessive; bring soup to a boil.
