Oatmeal Candy Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
1. 1 cup oats
2. 2 tablespoons quick-cooking oats
3. 1 cup coconut flakes
4. 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
5. 3/4 cup white sugar
6. 1/2 cup corn syrup
7. 1 tablespoon corn syrup
8. 1/2 cup maple syrup
9. 1 tablespoon maple syrup
10. 3 eggs
11. 6 tablespoons milk
12. 6 tablespoons butter, melted
13. 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
14. 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation:
Prep:10 Minutes, Cook:45 Minutes, Ready In:55 Minutes
Directions :
1.heat oven upto 350 degree.
2. blend 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons short-cooking oats, 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons coconut flakes, sugar, 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon corn syrup, half cup plus 1 tablespoon maple syrup, eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla extract in a bowl together.
3. add oat mixture into the pie shell.
4. bake in the preheated oven until crust is golden, for 15 mins. reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees f (163 degrees c). preserve baking until middle is about, for 30 minutes.
