Mushroom Melt with Dill Aioli Recipe

1. Aioli:
2. 1 chopped garlic clove, 
3. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
4. 1 egg yolk
5. 1/4 cup olive oil
6. 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
7. 1/2 teaspoon salt
8. cayenne pepper
9. Sandwich:
10. 2 tablespoons butter
11. 2 slices whole wheat bread
12. 4 thick slices Cheddar cheese
13. 2 chopped large mushrooms 
14. 1 cup fresh baby spinach
Prep:15 Minutes, Cook:10 Minutes, Ready In:25 Minutes
Directions :
1.mix garlic and lemon juice in a bowl; mix egg yolk in lightly. add olive oil, dill, salt, and cayenne; stir aioli until mixed.
2. heat a pan over medium warmth. butter 1 facet of every bread slice; place 1 butter-facet-down into the plan. layer 2 slices cheddar cheese, mushrooms, and spinach on the bread. cover with 2 last slices of cheddar cheese and the ultimate slice of bread, butter side up. fry sandwich until dark brown and crisp for five minutes cper aspect. serve with aioli for dipping.
