1. Aioli:
2. 1 garlic clove, chopped
3. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
4. 1 egg yolk
5. 1/4 cup olive oil
6. 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
7. 1/2 teaspoon salt
8. cayenne pepper, to taste
9. Sandwich:
10. 2 tablespoons butter
11. 2 slices whole wheat bread
12. 4 thick slices Cheddar cheese
13. 2 large mushrooms, chopped
14. 1 cup fresh baby spinach
Prep:15 Minutes, Cook:10 Minutes, Ready In:25 Minutes
Directions :
1. combine garlic and lemon juice in a bowl; mix egg yolk in lightly. add olive oil, dill, salt, and cayenne; stir aioli until mixed.
2. heat a massive skillet over medium warmth. butter 1 facet of every bread slice; location 1 butter-facet-down into the skillet. layer 2 slices cheddar cheese, mushrooms, and spinach on the bread. cover with 2 last slices of cheddar cheese and the ultimate slice of bread, butter side up. fry sandwich until dark brown and crispy, approximately five minutes per aspect. serve with aioli for dipping.
