you can use yellow, white, or crimson miso paste for the soup, depending on your desire. you’ll also need dashi, that’s manufactured from dried kelp (seaweed) and dried bonito (fish), and may be purchased in granules or powder shape in conveniently-sized jars.

1. 2 teaspoons dashi granules
2. 4 cups water
3. 3 tablespoons miso paste
4. 1 (8 ounce) package silken tofu, diced
5. 2 green onions, sliced diagonally into 1/2 inch pieces
Prep:5 Minutes, Cook:15 Minutes, Ready In:20 Minutes
Directions :
1. in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, integrate dashi granules and water; convey to a boil. lessen heat to medium, and whisk within the miso paste. stir in tofu. separate the layers of the inexperienced onions, and add them to the soup. simmer lightly for two to 3 mins earlier than serving.
