Lobster Boil Recipe

1. 12 cups water
2. 1 cup dry white wine
3. 1/4 cup kosher salt
4. 1 tablespoon whole white peppercorns, coarsely ground
5. 1 tablespoon paprika
6. 2 teaspoons lemon zest
7. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
8. 1 teaspoon onion powder
9. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
10. 2 bay leaves, crushed
11. 2 (1 pound) whole lobsters
Prep:10 Minutes, Cook:15 Minutes, Ready In:25 Minutes
Directions :
1. deliver water to a boil in a tall stockpot. upload white wine, salt, peppercorns, paprika, lemon zest, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and bay leaves. stir and go back to a boil.
2. decrease lobsters cautiously into the stockpot. cover and prepare dinner over medium warmth till lobsters are vivid crimson and claws are without problems pulled off, approximately 10 minutes.
