Hungarian Goulash I Recipe

1. 1/3 cup vegetable oil
2. 3 onions, sliced
3. 2 tablespoons Hungarian sweet paprika
4. 2 teaspoons salt
5. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
6. 3 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
7. 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
8. 1 1/2 cups water
9. 1 clove garlic, minced
10. 1 teaspoon salt
Prep:15 Minutes, Cook:2 Hours, Ready In:2 Hours 15 Minutes
Directions :
1. warmth oil in a big pot or dutch oven over medium warmness. cook onions in oil until gentle, stirring often. put off onions and set apart.
