Grilled Chicken & Veggies Over Rice Recipe

fire up the grill, and pair grilled fowl with our cheddar broccoli and vegetable rice.

Ingredients:
1. 2 tablespoons I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Spread, melted
2. 4 teaspoons Italian seasoning
3. 2 1/2 pounds chicken parts
4. 2 medium zucchini or yellow squash, cut into diagonal slices
5. 1 medium onion, cut into 1/2-inch slices
6. 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
7. 1 (5.7 ounce) package Knorr® Rice Sides™ – Cheddar Broccoli, prepared according to package directions
Preparation:
Prep:15 Minutes, Cook:30 Minutes, Ready In:45 Minutes
Directions :
1. combination unfold with italian seasoning in small bowl.
2. brush hen and greens with seasoning combination.
3. grill or broil bird and vegetables, turning once in a while, until hen is very well cooked and veggies are soft. serve chook and greens with warm knorr(r) rice facets(tm) – cheddar broccoli.
