Gluten-Free Pizza Crust with Cassava Flour Recipe

Ingredients:
1. 1 cup cassava flour
2. 1/2 cup coconut flour
3. 1/2 cup rice flour
4. 1 tablespoon baking powder
5. 1 tablespoon white sugar
6. 1 teaspoon salt
7. 2 eggs
8. 1 tablespoon olive oil
9. water
Preparation:
Prep:15 Minutes, Cook:10 Minutes, Ready In:25 Minutes
Directions :
1.heat oven to 450 ranges f (230 degrees c). line a pizza pan with parchment paper.
2.combine cassava flour, coconut flour, rice flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a huge bowl. whisk in eggs and olive oil. add half of cup water blend until batter is the consistency of mashed potatoes, including greater water as wanted.
3.unfold batter on the coated pizza pan with a spatula.
4.bake within heated oven until dry for 10 minutes.
