1. Cake:
2. 1 package Duncan Hines® Moist Deluxe® Swiss Chocolate Cake Mix
3. 3 large eggs
4. 1 1/4 cups water
5. 1/2 cup vegetable oil
6. 1/2 cup chopped pecans
7. Frosting:
8. 2/3 cup granulated sugar
9. 2/3 cup evaporated milk
10. 2 large egg yolks
11. 1/3 cup butter or margarine
12. 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
13. 1 cup chopped pecans
14. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Prep:15 Minutes, Cook:45 Minutes, Ready In:1 Hours 45 Minutes
Directions :
1. preheat oven to 350 stages f. grease and flour 13×9-inch pan.
2. put together cake blend in line with package directions. stir in half of cup pecans. pour into pan.
3. bake at 350 stages f for 35 to 40 mins or till toothpick inserted in center comes out easy. cool completely.
4. for frosting, combine sugar, evaporated milk, egg yolks and butter in medium saucepan. cook dinner and stir over medium warmness till combination comes to a boil. dispose of from warmth. upload coconut, 1 cup pecans and vanilla extract. stir till thick. unfold on top of cake.
