1. 1 cup chicken broth
2. 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
3. 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
4. 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional)
5. 2 teaspoons water (optional)
6. 1 egg, beaten
7. 1 drop yellow food coloring (optional)
8. 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
9. 1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)
10. 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper (optional)
Prep:5 Minutes, Cook:5 Minutes, Ready In:10 Minutes
Directions :
1. in a small saucepan, combine the chook broth, soy sauce and sesame oil. carry to a boil. stir together the cornstarch and water to dissolve cornstarch; pour into the boiling broth. stir gently while you pour inside the egg and yellow food coloring if the use of. season with chives, salt and pepper before serving.
