Easy Lentil Dal Recipe

Ingredients:
1. 6 1/2 cups water
2. 2 1/2 cups green lentils, rinsed and drained
3. 1 onion,chopped
4. 2 tablespoons olive oil
5. 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained
6. 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
7. 3 tablespoons fat-free yogurt
8. 1 teaspoon red curry paste 
9. 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
10. 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
11. 1/4 teaspoon Chile powder
Preparation:
Prep:15 Minutes, Cook:45 Minutes, Ready In:1 Hours
Directions :
1.mix water, lentils, onion, and olive oil in a rice cooker. seal and select setting in line with producer’s instructions; cook dinner until soft, for half-hour.
2. pour chickpeas, tomato paste, yogurt, curry paste, turmeric, cumin, and Chile powder into the lentil aggregate. mix thoroughly. cook until softened and flavors meld, for 15 minutes.
