Creamy Parmesan Rice & Butternut Squash Recipe

Ingredients:
1. 1 tablespoon butter
2. 1 cup butternut squash, diced
3. 2 cloves garlic, minced
4. 1 onion, diced
5. 1 leek, sliced into 1/4-inch strips
6. 1 cup UNCLE BEN’S® Flavor Infusions Parmesan & Butter Rice
7. 2 cups water
8. 3 tablespoons creme fraiche or heavy whipping cream
9. 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
10. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Preparation:
Prep:10 Minutes, Cook:15 Minutes, Ready In:25 Minutes
Directions :
1. in a nine-inch saute pan, warmness butter over medium warmness, adding squash, garlic, onions, and leeks.
2. saute about three minutes till onions are translucent.
three. stir in uncle ben’s(r) flavor infusions parmesan & butter rice and water.
4. bring to boil, then reduce to medium warmness and simmer protected for 15 mins, or until water is absorbed.
five. stir in cream and garnish with parmesan and parsley.
