1. 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed
2. 1 tablespoon olive oil
3. 1 (10 ounce) package frozen artichoke hearts, thawed
4. 1 teaspoon kosher salt
5. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
6. 1 small shallot, chopped
7. 1 clove garlic, chopped
8. 2 large eggs
9. 1/2 cup tapioca flour
10. 1/4 cup almond meal
11. 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
12. 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions :
