Carlton’s Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

1. 1 (4 ounce) package Idahoan® Scalloped Homestyle Casserole
2. 1 1/2 cups boiling water
3. 3/4 cup milk
4. 1 1/2 tablespoons margarine or butter
5. 1/4 cup prepared pesto sauce
6. 1 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
7. 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (optional)
8. 1/2 cup shredded Romano cheese
Directions :
1. preheat oven to 450 stages f.
2. integrate potatoes and sauce mix in 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
