Blackberry Ricotta Cheesecake Recipe

1. 1/2 (15.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
2. 1/2 cup applesauce
3. 1/4 cup oil
4. 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
5. 1/2 cup plain yogurt
6. 1/2 cup white sugar
7. 2 eggs
8. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
9. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
10. Topping:
11. 1 1/2 cups blackberries
12. 1/2 cup water
13. 1/4 cup white sugar
14. 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Prep:20 Minutes, Cook:45 Minutes, Ready In:5 Hours 5 Minutes
Directions :
1.heat oven to 175 degrees c.
2.combine cake mix, applesauce, and oil in a bowl; blend well. press into the lowest of a nine-inch springform pan.
3.bake inside the heated oven until crust is golden brown,for 10 minutes. put off from oven; maintain oven on.
4.combine ricotta cheese, yogurt, 1/2 cup sugar, eggs, flour, and lemon juice in a bowl; mix nicely. pour over crust.
5.bake in the warm oven till set, about 25 minutes.
6.integrate blackberries, water, 1/four cup sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan over low warmth. simmer until thickened, about 10 mins. pour topping over the cheesecake. chill as a minimum four hours.
