- 2 packets (10 gram each) active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup olive oil, plus more for bowl and brushing
- 2 teaspoons coarse salt
- 4 cups all-purpose flour (spooned and levelled), plus more for work surface

Take a large bowl, pour 1 and 1/2 cup warm water, add yeast and leave it for 5 minutes.
Add sugar, oil, and salt into the mixture. Put flour and stir the mix to form a sticky dough. Greece a bowl with oil and transfer the dough into it, brush dough’s top as well with oil.
Plastic-wrap the bowl and leave aside till gets double in size, which might take 45 minutes to 1 hour. Knead the dough 1 or 2 times on a lightly floured surface before using.
