Estimated Time – 1 Hour 30 Minutes  Serves – 2 People

Ingredients:

  • 2 packets (10 gram each) active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, plus more for bowl and brushing
  • 2 teaspoons coarse salt
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour (spooned and levelled), plus more for work surface

Preparation Time – 20 Minutes  Cooking Time – 1 Hour 30 Minutes  Ready Time – 1 Hour 10 Minutes

Directions:

  1. Take a large bowl, pour 1 and 1/2 cup warm water, add yeast and leave it for 5 minutes.

  2. Add sugar, oil, and salt into the mixture. Put flour and stir the mix to form a sticky dough. Greece a bowl with oil and transfer the dough into it, brush dough’s top as well with oil.

  3. Plastic-wrap the bowl and leave aside till gets double in size, which might take 45 minutes to 1 hour. Knead the dough 1 or 2 times on a lightly floured surface before using.
