Preparation Time – 15 minutes Serves – 1 Person
- 60 ml. gin
- 30 grams dry vermouth
- Lemon twist, for garnish
- Green olive
- Put a martini glass in the freezer for 10 minutes or more to chill.
- Take a mixing glass and add gin and vermouth.
- Add ice into the mixing glass and shake well for 10 – 15 seconds.
- Transfer the content into the chilled martini glass.
- Take lemon twist and rub on the glass corner, drop it into the martini and it is ready to serve.
